Stayed for one night at Woodlands Park Hotel. Our room on the second floor was clean, comfortable, and pleasantly cool. We were lucky to get a table in the restaurant, as we had been told it was fully booked for the evening. However, when we arrived, the restaurant did not appear to be full. The food took around 40 minutes to arrive, which didn't bother us, but other guests seemed to be waiting even longer and some were understandably frustrated. It appeared that the restaurant was short-staffed rather than fully booked, which was a shame because the staff who were there were friendly, hardworking, and doing their best under the circumstances. The mains were very nice and well presented. Unfortunately, the dessert was a little disappointing and not particularly memorable. Breakfast, however, was very good, with plenty of choice and something to suit everyone. Overall, it was a perfectly fine stay for one night. While the restaurant service was slower than expected, likely due to staffing levels, the comfortable room, friendly staff, and enjoyable breakfast made for a pleasant visit.

We had our wedding at Woodlands Park Hotel in Cobham back in September, and we can’t recommend the venue enough. The building and grounds are stunning, and it created exactly the atmosphere we wanted for our day. The events team, with Sammie as our contact, were really supportive in the build up to the day, really responsive to our requirements and supported us through getting everything ready. On the day itself, the staff were brilliant and the venue was set up perfectly. Our wedding coordinator Shaldon and his team were really attentive to every detail, very organised, and always on hand when we needed anything. So many of our guests commented on how smoothly everything ran and how well they were looked after. The food was a real highlight as well, as we had so many compliments from guests about the quality and service, which was great to hear, and it made the whole experience feel even more special. We elected to hire the hotel exclusively, and we felt it made a big difference overall; it made everything feel that bit more personal and relaxed, and made it feel really like the day we wanted. We would happily recommend Woodlands Park Hotel to anyone looking for a wedding venue.

Woodlands Park Hotel is a lovely hotel. The rooms were very nice and spacious. The food was also excellent despite the long wait for dinner. The hotel was about 30min drive to the Surrey hills which was great. Only downside to the location was that it was a bit noisy since we’re near the M25 but I’m pretty happy with the stay. Bonus for the big garden and the space to play cricket and football here!

We had such a lovely time at Woodlands Park Hotel. Before we arrived Aysha from reception called me to ensure everything would run smoothly. She ensured we had adjoining rooms and was so welcoming when we arrived. The excellent service continued at dinner and also breakfast. Portions were amazing and honestly could not fault anything. We felt very comfortable throughout our stay. The rooms were clean and spacious and we would definitely recommend. Thank you to all the staff who were extremely attentive.

We have all heard the jingles and the marketing from hotel companies about looking after their guests. In this case, I am so pleased to say they it is absolutely true. From the moment we arrived to when we left, every single one of the staff went above and beyond. Truly caring about satisfying us as customers. Not just the obvious but the little things that matter like, Is the temperature in your room ok, to friendly jokes about the gifts we were opening, to taking the time to show us the actual room we used to get married 25 years ago. Highly recommended.
