1. How Rocket Fuel Works

Rocket Fuel is an independent directory of events, activities and venues across the UK. We help customers discover businesses and send their enquiries directly to those businesses. We are not an agency, we do not take commission, and we do not sell or deliver the events and venues listed on this website.

2. Where Listing Content Comes From

Listings are either supplied to us directly by the business concerned, or compiled from information the business has made publicly available — for example on its own website or public social media pages. Listings are provided free of charge and businesses are never asked to pay to appear.

3. Ownership of Content and Imagery

All descriptions, photographs, logos, business names and trade marks relating to a listed business remain the exclusive property of that business or its licensors. They appear on Rocket Fuel purely to identify and describe the listing so that customers can find and contact the business. Rocket Fuel claims no ownership over any third-party content displayed on a listing.

4. No Affiliation or Endorsement

The appearance of a business on Rocket Fuel does not imply any partnership, affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement between that business and Rocket Fuel Events Ltd, in either direction, unless we have expressly stated otherwise.

5. Correcting or Claiming a Listing

If you are the owner or an authorised representative of a listed business and you would like details, imagery or contact information changed, updated or improved, please contact us and we will make the changes for you. There is no cost and no account is required.

6. Requesting Removal

If you would prefer your business not to appear on Rocket Fuel, simply email info@rocketfuelevents.com or use our contact form, selecting "Listing removal / content owner". Please include the name of the business and the page address if you have it. We will remove the listing as soon as possible, and no explanation is required.

Once a listing is removed from our site, it may take a short time for search engines to drop the page from their own indexes and cached results. This is outside our control, but we will action anything we can to speed it up on request.

7. Copyright Complaints

If you believe any content on Rocket Fuel infringes your copyright or other rights, contact us with details of the material and your relationship to it. We will review and, where appropriate, remove the material as soon as possible.
