We stayed at this hotel recently (14-16 Feb), and the first thing I want to say is: it was absolutely wonderful. Everything was simply excellent from the overall atmosphere to the smallest details. It was my birthday during our stay, and the team had prepared the room so beautifully. You could genuinely see the care and thought that had gone into it, and there was also a lovely little gift. It was completely unexpected, incredibly touching, and it truly made my day. All of the staff were exceptionally polite, friendly, and always eager to help. A special mention goes to Josh. He wasn’t just professional, he was genuinely warm and heartfelt in the way he looked after us from the moment we arrived. It felt as though he does this not just as a job, but with real dedication and kindness. His support and welcome made my birthday even more memorable.

Rookery Hall was the first wedding venue we viewed, and we knew instantly it was where we wanted to get married. It was everything we had hoped for and more. From the very beginning, the events team were outstanding. Emma looked after us initially before handing over to Lauren, and the whole process was completely seamless. We always felt so well supported and never like anything was too much trouble, even with our random questions and lengthy emails along the way. The communication, organisation and attention to detail throughout the planning process gave us so much confidence, and it meant we could truly enjoy the build-up knowing everything was in safe hands. Most importantly, the wedding day itself was absolutely sensational. Everything ran so smoothly, the finer details were perfect, and the whole day felt effortless from start to finish. The team worked so hard behind the scenes to make sure everything came together exactly as we had imagined. We honestly could not have asked for a better venue or team. Rookery Hall gave us the most beautiful, special and memorable wedding day, and we will always be grateful. We would recommend it wholeheartedly to anyone looking for a stunning venue with an exceptional events team.

I recently stayed at a lovely four-star hotel, and I can’t recommend it enough! The property was exceptionally well-maintained, showcasing beautiful architecture and clean, inviting spaces. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that everything was up to par during my visit. The highlight for me was definitely the food,the meals were not only delicious but also beautifully presented, making dining there an enjoyable experience. Overall, my stay was wonderful, and I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable getaway. A solid four stars! 🌟✨

An Unforgettable Stay at Rookery Hall I chose Rookery Hall as the perfect setting to propose to my girlfriend, and it exceeded every expectation. I want to give a special thank you to Joshua Barcley, who was absolutely instrumental in organising the proposal. His professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made the entire experience seamless and truly unforgettable. We stayed in the March Suite, which was nothing short of stunning, offering beautiful views across the grounds. The spa treatments were exceptional, and every member of staff we encountered delivered service of the highest standard. In the evening, we enjoyed a four‑course dining experience where both the food and service were outstanding. While we were dining, Josh and his team worked behind the scenes to decorate our room in preparation for the proposal. And… she said YES. I’m incredibly grateful to the entire team at Rookery Hall for creating such a magical experience for me and my new fiancée. It’s a stay we will never forget — and we will absolutely be returning.

Beautiful location for a 2 day work training with Mercedes Benz. The staff couldn’t do enough for us. Great food and coffee supplied! We even had a grand tour by James the manager and his knowledge was amazing and so interesting. Everyone we came in contact with was a delight! I will be back to stay and get the full hotel experience 🙌🏼
