We visited Nutfield Priory Hotel & Spa to celebrate my partners birthday and had a fantastic day from start to finish. The highlight of our visit was undoubtedly the staff. Every single person we met was welcoming, friendly and professional. From the warm welcome at reception, to the lady who showed us around the spa, the team who served our afternoon tea, and the therapists who gave us our full body massages, everyone genuinely made us feel looked after and helped make the day feel really special. The spa facilities were clean, relaxing and well maintained, and the massages were excellent. Afternoon tea was delicious, and a special thank you to Niamh, who was incredibly helpful before our visit and kindly rearranged our afternoon tea time to make our day flow perfectly. The only small issue was that we realised after we got home that we hadn’t been served the complimentary glass of champagne included in our package. It was clearly just an oversight and certainly didn’t detract from what was otherwise a wonderful experience. We had an amazing time and wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend Nutfield Priory Hotel & Spa to others. Thank you to the whole team for making my partner’s birthday such a memorable one.

I’ve stayed at Nutfield Hotel & Spa twice now as part of a staff stay while training, and on both occasions Norbert has delivered exceptional room service. His attention to detail is outstanding, and every order has arrived perfectly presented and exactly as requested. What really makes the experience special is his fantastic personality. Norbert is always friendly, welcoming, and genuinely bubbly, bringing a positive energy that makes guests feel valued. It’s clear that he takes great pride in his work, and his customer service goes above and beyond. Staff like Norbert are a real credit to the hotel. Thank you for making both of my stays even more enjoyable – I look forward to returning!

I came for afternoon tea with a friend and had a lovely time. The beautiful historic building has a calm atmosphere, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The food was delicious, and we were seated by the window with a beautiful view of the surrounding fields. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience. The green spaces around the main building would benefit from some updating, as this would make for a more enjoyable walk around the hotel grounds.

Can't comment on rooms as I went for a spa day. But their facilities were fantastic, swimming pool, spa pool and both steam and sauna rooms. Also dark and warm relaxation rooms and a lounge with comfy chairs and cold and cold beverages as well as light snacks. I had a body scrub and neck and back massage. It was divine! Very respectful of privacy, heavenly smelling products and my skin felt silly smooth at the end which si just what my consultation forms asked for! The afternoon tea was fantastic! More beverages included, the platter was way too much for me and they packed about half of it for me to take back and I wasn't the only one who requested this. The set up is very personal with names on tables- great touch. Thanks to the staff with wonderful customer service! From Erin at reception to my wonderful masseuse (whose name I have forgotten, such a shame) and the ladies and gents in the spa cafe. So well mannered and very accommodating. We definitely will be coming back!
