From the moment we entered we were treated by the lovely lady on reception who is always smiling and helpful. We Visited the bar area this evening 30th June with the family. The service was excellent the manager I forgot her name she so very helpful, even brought an additional table over so we could eat comfortably. We ordered fish and chips and the large burger from the bar menu and a delicious mushroom soup from the main restaurant menu. The assistant serving was also very helpful. Service was very good and nothing too much trouble. We will be back again soon.

We spent 3 nights here and i cannot fault the hotel. The hotel itself has everything- lovely pool and gym. The staff were amazing - Iveta and Debbie on reception and Ewelina. Beth, Franki, Louise and Lohan in the bar and kitchens. we only ate from the bar menu but the food was great. A thoroughly enjoyable stay.

This is my third stay at this hotel and spa. Each time I love it more and more. The staff are absolutely amazing. I have to mention Debbie, nothing is too much and she is so patient. Another person who really stands out for me is Rhys, he is absolutely lovely in terms of polite and helpful. I must say all staff I come into contact with are brilliant. Breakfast is great, spa facilities are great fab. As a steam room and sauna regular I can tell you that the steam and sauna here is outstanding in terms of temperature. The rooms are clean, the grounds are spotless. You must have the Fish and Chips if you stay at the hotel, you will not be disappointed. The customer experience here is spot on! Looking forward to my next stay. Thank you.

I was there for a retreat. The staff were very friendly - I am particularly grateful to the ladies at reception (Megan was one of them). That said, basically everyone offered a smile and was ready to help. I really enjoyed taking a long peaceful walk in the woodlands which are immediately behind the hotel.

We stayed at Brandshatch Place Hotel & Spa for several days and had an excellent experience overall. The property itself is beautiful, the facilities are well maintained, and everything ran smoothly throughout our stay. What really stood out, however, was the level of service. The team went above expectations and made the experience feel genuinely personal. A special thank you to Silviu and Ewelina in the restaurant - both were consistently attentive, professional, and warm, and went beyond their responsibilities accommodating every request. Sam from room service was efficient and thoughtful, ensuring everything arrived promptly and exactly as requested. Francesca at the bar/restaurant was also fantastic - friendly, engaging, and clearly dedicated to providing great service. It’s rare to see such a consistently high standard across different teams. Their effort made a real difference to our stay. Would definitely return!
