This dynamic event transforms traditional team building into an invigorating competition, drawing inspiration from the iconic Olympic Games. Participants will discover the excitement of representing their own devised "nation" as they engage in a series of head-to-head, target-based, and collaborative team activities. Precision is paramount in challenges like archery, laser clay shooting, and air rifle marksmanship. Then, embrace collective strategy and energetic fun with human table football and inflatable volleyball. The decathlon track and field zones offer a blend of serious athletic tests, such as javelin and discus throws, alongside wonderfully quirky fun, including egg & spoon races and skipping – ensuring enjoyment for all skill levels. While an Olympic Stadium isn't a prerequisite (though we can utilize such grand venues!), our 25 years of experience mean we can recommend the perfect location from hundreds of venues nationwide to host your corporate event. Following an introductory briefing, our Event Manager, acting as your "Olympic Chairman," will divide your group into national teams. Each team will then creatively craft their own country, complete with a unique flag and anthem for an inspiring opening ceremony. After the cheers subside, teams will plunge into a lineup of engaging, light-hearted sporting challenges designed to activate and unite without over-exerting. This set of Olympic Team Building Games is designed for workplace bonding and to forge stronger connections. Your squad's newly formed nation will strive to climb the medal table, aiming for glory. Their set up was professional and presentation skills were amazing. They organized 60 loud sales people with ease and our staff had nothing but great feedback on the event. My team really enjoyed the Da Vinci Design workshop (even though there was some scientism to begin with!). Of all the events we did at our offsite, this was undoubtedly the best for team building; everyone enjoyed it and I noticed a tangible change in the team dynamic between the start and end of the workshop.
