# Terms of Service

## 1\. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Rocket Fuel Events Ltd website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website.

## 2\. Our Service

Rocket Fuel Events Ltd operates an independent directory of events, activities and venues across the UK. Listings are either supplied by the business concerned or compiled from publicly available information. We facilitate introductions between customers and businesses, but we do not provide, sell or deliver any of the events, activities or venues listed, and we take no commission on any booking.

## 3\. Booking and Payments

All bookings are made directly with the event hosts. Payment terms, cancellation policies, and refunds are determined by individual hosts. We recommend reviewing each host's specific terms before booking.

## 4\. User Responsibilities

When using our website, you agree to:

-   Provide accurate information in enquiry forms
-   Not use the website for any unlawful purpose
-   Not attempt to interfere with the website's operation
-   Respect the intellectual property rights of others

## 5\. Limitation of Liability

Rocket Fuel Events Ltd acts as an intermediary between customers and event hosts. We are not liable for the quality, safety, or delivery of events provided by hosts. Any disputes should be resolved directly with the relevant host.

## 6\. Intellectual Property

The Rocket Fuel name, logo, site design and our own editorial content are owned by Rocket Fuel Events Ltd or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trade mark laws. All descriptions, photographs, logos, business names and trade marks relating to a listed business remain the exclusive property of that business or its licensors, and are displayed solely to identify and describe that listing.

## 7\. Third-Party Content, Listings and Removal

A business appearing on Rocket Fuel does not imply any partnership, affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement between that business and Rocket Fuel Events Ltd, in either direction, unless expressly stated. We make reasonable efforts to keep listing information accurate but cannot guarantee it; customers should confirm details directly with the business.

Any business owner or rights holder may request the correction or removal of a listing at any time, free of charge and without giving a reason. We will action removal requests as soon as possible. Full details are set out in our [Content & Removal Policy](/content-policy).

## 8\. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

## 9\. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
